Mint chocolate is a combo made in heaven. The grasshopper uses the delicious flavors of mint and chocolate in a creamy desert-like cocktail. Yum. Yum. Yum!
Grasshopper

3/4 oz Cream
3/4 oz Creme de Cacao, white
3/4 oz Creme de Menthe, green
Ice
- Garnish Ideas
Chocolate Rim
Mint Sprig
Chocolate Shavings
Chocolate Truffle
Directions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add ingredients.
- Shake vigorously until shaker is ice cold (25 to 30 seconds).
- Strain into a glass.
- Garnish & Enjoy!
Notes
- If your cremes aren’t white and green, your grasshopper will not be a nice green color.
- Make your grasshopper even better by serving it in a chilled glass.
