The benefits of making your own cup noodles are immense. You control the ingredients (better quality, nothing you're not happy to eat). You can make a huge variety. You can make them in advance. They taste delicious.
To keep it keto, make sure you watch the carb counts of all the ingredients.
Keto Lunch Recipes: Mason Jar Salads
I love mason jar lunches. They’re easy, offer variety, and stay fresh all week.
Tip: Find a friend or coworker (or two, three, four, or five) and everyone makes a different mason jar recipe and you trade. This way, you’ll get 2-5 different mason jar lunches but only have to make 1 type.

Mason jar salads are great. They'll stay good for 4 to 5 days. This one is a bit calorie heavy for a salad (cutting back on the dressing would reduce it a fair bit). It's a very large salad (1.75 cups of vegetables plus a bunch of other stuff). You could probably reduce the quantities and still be very satisfied.
