The Caesar! It’s a Canadian classic. Often referred to as a Canadian Bloody Mary (which it’s not). The Caesar relies on Clamato Juice (Tomato & Clam Juice together) to make it right.
Every Canadian has their own Caesar recipe (and most are probably a lot like me don’t follow an actual recipe). I tried my best to create a proper Caesar recipe that anyone could follow, but you should know there’s no right or wrong here. Add a dash more of this or a dash less of that or whatever appeals to your tastebuds!

- Stir well to combine.
- Add ice until glass is full.
- Garnish & Enjoy!
Notes
- I like to make my Caesar in the glass I’m going to drink it in so that I get to keep all the elements (especially all the horseradish). This is a personal preference. You could use a mixing glass if you’d prefer.
- A Caesar Stalk is a must-have garnish. Everything else is personal taste but I’ve never had a Caesar that didn’t have a piece of celery.
You Don’t Have to be Canadian
