Carbs: 13g total (8g sugar alcohols, 3g fiber).
Net Carbs will be 2g to 10g, depending on how you count them. Some people deduct sugar alcohols entirely (net 2g), most people deduct half of sugar alcohols (net 6g) and some people don't deduct sugar alcohols at all (neg 10g).

This cheesecake has no dairy, no grains and no eggs. Doesn't sound much like a cheesecake, does it? But, there are a lot of people living without those ingredients and they deserve cheesecake, too!
