Don’t be fooled by this pretty pink cocktail – it’s surprisingly dry (and a wee bit tart).
Pink Lady

1.5 oz Gin
3/4 oz AppleJack Brandy (or apple brandy)
1/4 oz Lemon Juice, fresh
1 to 2 dashes Grenadine
1 Egg White
Ice
- Garnish Ideas
Sugar Rimmed Glass
Maraschino Cherry
Lemon Twist
Directions
- Add gin, brandy, lemon juice, grenadine, and egg white to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
- Fill shaker with ice & shake for another 25-30 seconds, until frothy.
- Pour into a glass.
- Garnish & Enjoy!
Notes
- The egg white will provide a frothy layer on top but has little effect on the flavor or quality of the cocktail. Skip it and you’ll still have a tasty drink (that will look like the one pictured).
